AI Learning Lab, Barcelona
A three-day, in-person intensive in Barcelona, from the foundations to agents in production. Every ticket also supports a cause chosen with the community.
The 2026 cohort was fully booked: all 40 places were taken. Spring 2027 dates will be announced to the waitlist first.
The Lab is open to everyone and built for beginners through to people who already use AI daily. To keep women in the majority, we ask every man who books a place to invite a woman to join him. It is an honour-system commitment, not a checkout requirement.
Each day runs from 10:00 to 18:00 in Barcelona. The three Saturdays form one arc, for the same participants.
A working mental model of AI agents and a reliable, repeatable way to work with them: Claude Code hands-on, an agent harness, context engineering and agentic flows. Sandra Alfaro Vargas leads a session on critical thinking in the age of AI. Lunch from La Burguer de mi Amiga and Vicio, networking, and Slack access to handbooks, skills, prompts and workflows.
A guided first fine-tuning of a model, agentic memory systems and an introduction to open-source and open-weight models, with ML engineer and university professor Mani Tahriri. The human skill of the day: resilience.
From using AI tools to understanding how they work: machine learning basics, autonomous agents and RAG, agents in production with reliable memory, and predictions with ML models. With guest engineers, data scientists and AI operators from the business side. The human skill of the day: creativity.
2026 prices, for reference. Spring 2027 prices will be shared with the waitlist first.
